SAR 2025 Conference Registration
Registration rates are listed below (scroll down to below "Registration Notes"). April 3-6, 2025 Newport Beach, CA USA Registration will open in December 2024. REGISTRATION NOTES – PLEASE READ PRIOR TO REGISTERING FOR THE CONFERENCE ALL REGISTRANTS The main conference registration fee includes all sessions, breaks, and receptions. (Meals are being planned "on your own" for this conference.) The gala dinner on Friday night is offered at an additional fee for those who wish to attend. The gala will include dinner and entertainment. INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANTS FROM LOW INCOME/DEVELOPING COUNTRIES To inquire about special registration rates for international registrants from low-income/developing countries, please send an email request to [email protected] and include the COUNTRY of residence. INTERNATIONAL REGISTRANTS - INVITATION LETTERS If you require an invitation letter to obtain a travel visa, please send a request to [email protected] and include the information you need included on each letter requested (for example, full name, organizational affiliation, and any other information required by your country - birthdate, passport number, etc.) STUDENTS AND JUNIOR-LEVEL RESEARCHERS - TRAVEL SCHOLARSHIPS We may have a limited number of travel award scholarships for students and junior-level practitioners/researchers who are eligible and selected to receive travel awards with a reduced rate registration (this will be dependent on grant funding). We will post information about this possible opportunity at a later date. If you plan to apply for a travel award scholarship if this opportunity becomes available, please DO NOT REGISTER prior to applying for a scholarship. Scholarships will not be awarded to those who have already registered for the conference.

Cancellation PolicyAll cancellations and requests for refunds MUST be received in writing prior to February 14, 2025 to [email protected]. Refund requests received prior to February 14, 2025 will be given less a $50 administrative fee. Refunds will not be given after February 14, 2025. In-person conference cancellation policy related to COVID:
If the pandemic environment warrants the cancellation of an in-person conference, we will move the conference to an online format and will email all registrants the details about timing and any cost adjustments.
